Overhead press

 

dumbbell push press

1) Keep feet shoulder width apart.

2) Hold the DBs by your shoulders and: - Brace your core - Keep your back straight - Switch on your glutes

3) Bend the knees dropping into a partial squat.

4) Push up explosively with your legs and press the DBs up.

5) Bring the DBs back down to the shoulders and repeat for each rep.
