Assisted copenhagen- short lever

1) Start with one leg on top of the bench, one leg underneath the bench. Both knees bent. Prop up onto your forearm with elbow underneath shoulder.

2) Pushing through your top knee lift hips off the floor. Bottom leg will remain touching the ground to give assistance.

3) Hold at top position

4) Slowly lower body down to floor.

5) Repeat
