Ankle mobility

 

calf stretch - gastrocnemius bias

1) Place forefoot onto wedge board, keeping knee straight

2) Bring body forward to feel stretch in calf muscle.

3) Hold for 20 seconds.

 

calf stretch - Soleus bias

1) Place forefoot onto wedge board, keeping bent straight

2) Bend knee forward until a stretch is felt in the lower calf.

3) Hold for 20 seconds.
