occipital release on peanut
1. Start on your back with the peanut horizontally across the top of your neck just below the base of your skull(spine in the gap between the two balls)
2. Tuck your chin slightly enough to flatten out your neck and place pressure through the ball.
3. Repeat 10-15 times. Move the peanut lower down the spine and repeat on 3-4 levels.
