Lumbar Spine Mobility

 

Prayer stretch + Lumbar extension

1. Start in tall kneeling

2. Rock back onto your heels and stretch your arms out in front of you (as in the prayer stretch)

3. Rock forward onto your knees and bring your hips down to the floor

4. Push up with your hands as high as you can to get maximal lumbar spine extension.

5. Return to starting position

6. Repeat 10-15 times
