Jumping Pull up

1) Stand underneath the Pull up bar on either the floor or a box for assistance

2) Jump up towards the pull up bar grabbing it on your way up. Pull through to complete the rep.

3) Slow the descent, release at the bottom of the rep.

4) Repeat

 

BAnded Pull up
